Installed (4) new AC split system consisting of custom manufactured Task condensing units and Magic Aire fan coil units engineered to serve this 3500 square foot residence. This project also included custom manufactured linear bar grilles to meet the design requirements of the project’s designers and architects. Compact HVAC also supplied custom double wall sleeves and louvers powder coated to the building's requirements so as to satisfy Landmark's requirements. Bathroom, kitchen and dryrer exhaust system where also installed as part of the renovation.
