ENGINEERING: COMPACT HVAC provides engineering services for architects, developers, home and business owners. Field decisions take place immediately; Our engineering includes design, filing with the NYC DOB, obtaining work permits, special testing, testing and balancing, final sign-offs and equipment use cards. COMPACT HVAC's engineering package is usually 50% less than most engineering firms.

HUMIDIFICATION: Humidification is important because it helps prevent damage to millwork, art collections and instruments. COMPACT HVAC specializes in modulating steam humidifiers. Proper humidification offers health benefits such as preventing the spread of airborne viruses, relieving allergy symptoms and preventing dry skin and snoring. Humidification also provides heating comfort at a lower temperature, which reduces your heating cost.

INSTALLATION: COMPACT HVAC's team of installers have been professionally trained and are accustomed to working in up-scale hi-end residential apartments with in New York City.  For the most part, COMPACT HVAC will complete your project without the use of subcontractors, reducing the risk of complications. COMPACT HVAC will provide Auto-Cad shop drawings, professional submittal packages and point to point color wiring diagrams.

SHEET METAL DUCTWORK: COMPACT HVAC specializes in sheet metal ductwork. COMPACT HVAC designs and assembles custom sheet metal using heavy gauge internally lined ductwork with barslips less than 5 feet. Barslips and heavy gauge ductwork prevent the popping of the ducts when the equipment starts and stops. COMPACT HVAC also understands the importance of air velocity and static pressure.
